Orders and agreement
The agreement is concluded when you have received an order confirmation by email. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of obviously incorrect prices or suspected fraud – in that case you will receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You pay using the payment methods shown at checkout.
Delivery
See Shipping & returns. Delivery time is normally 1–3 business days within Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal). For hygiene reasons, cosmetics whose seal or packaging has been broken cannot be returned. Read more under Shipping & returns.
Complaints
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), you have the right to make a complaint about a defect in an item for three years from the date you received it. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – within two months is always considered a reasonable time. Contact hej@kbeautybeam.se with your order number and, if possible, a photo.
Product information
All products are notified in the EU cosmetics register (CPNP). Always read the ingredient list, and do a patch test on a small area of skin if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Disputes
Contact us first and we will sort it out. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Swedish law applies.
