Data controller

Sweden Naturals AB, Hedekas, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data on kbeautybeam.com. Contact: hej@kbeautybeam.se.

What data we process

Contact and delivery details: name, address, email and phone number.
Order details: what you buy, payment status and delivery. Card details are handled by the payment provider – we never see them.
Communication: what you write to us.
Technical information: IP address, device, browser and how you use the site, via cookies.
Newsletter and waitlist: your email address if you sign up.

Why, and on what legal basis

To deliver your order and handle returns and complaints – contract.
For bookkeeping and other legal requirements – legal obligation.
For customer service, security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest.
For the newsletter, waitlist and non-essential cookies – consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We only share what is needed with suppliers who help us run the shop: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment providers, PostNord (shipping) and our email tool for newsletters. Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA; in that case it is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen) (seven years). Newsletter and waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the shop work, for example the shopping cart. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. The wishlist is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or transfer your data, to restrict or object to the processing, and to withdraw your consent. Contact hej@kbeautybeam.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
